Never really had to deal with all state with my car insurance but when i bought a house they were really helpful with the process of getting it checked out and approved for insurance. all though there was one incident where you guys just cancelled my home owners insurance on a technical fault on your end, the issue is resolved now, but i almost bet if something negative would have happened in the time frame you accidentally dropped me i would never have been covered which isnt cool. peoples lifes are in your hands sometimes and you guys messing up could cost them everything.

My policy keeps increasing while my pay check stays the same. Fixed income.

When I called Mr. Lawrence in the fall when my mom passes and had to remove her from auto insurance and change homeowners policy he was VERY compassionate, sympathetic and wonderful. Of all businesses I had to contact he was one of the best. He noticed issue with home policy got it changed for me. Called back quickly. A dream to deal with especially at a time like that.
