I was referred to “Aaction” from a very reputable Auto shop called Jacob’s garage in Pembroke Pines.. Dan, at AAction met with me at the shop, took his time explaining the transmissions of vehicles, which I have no knowledge of and was not rushed at all in doing a drive test. A full breakdown of the transmission was then performed on Monday and I was given a complete estimate at that time of parts and labor which I excepted. I bought the vehicle in the following week and left it for a full rebuild. The parts were readily available (in this era that is very good) and the car was completed by Friday, mid day. The vehicle runs and shifts wonderfully and I am satisfied with the job. Remember, it is expensive to rebuild a transmission and you get what you pay for.

I want to commend the owners and staff here. My 17 year old toyota tacoma was fixed here in March. I noticed the transmission missing in late October. I called Danny a gentleman that has been working there a few decades and he told me to bring it in. At first they didn"t experience the fault. They kept it, checked it and found it. They put it back and it happened again. They took it back down and found the problem. Took care of it. GUARANTEE!!! RELIABILITY!!! Not easily found in So. FLa.Needless to say I highly recommend them. f350 manual transmission rebuilt and never fixed the cruise contol but told they replace the slave. all b.s. - 20 k miles later needed a new clutch and i replaced the old slave and switch and the cruise control worked. scammed by this shop and will never trust them again

I am super impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I was shown at AAction Transmission Repair. They towed my SUV for free from the dealership because the transmission was shot. I also needed an alternator. Needless to say, the job was performed at less than 50% of what the dealership wanted. Stefan is a wonderful associate there. He explained everything in detail in a way that I could understand. (I love cars and can tell you the make and model of any, but don't ask me about the engine or anything like that.) Stefan recognized that I love my SUV very much, and even though she is on the older side she is very sentimental to me. He let me know every step of the way how much things would cost and when she would be ready. In fact, it was ready a little bit sooner than he told me it would be. I'm very impressed with this business and would recommend them to anybody. I only wish they performed more car repairs. However, Stefan referred me to another repair shop that he trusts and I trust him so I will go there when the time comes. I would send anybody I know and care about to this car washer repair shop. They are not in the business of ripping people off like some places. They really care about their customers and the owner told me he drove my SUV to make sure everything was fine. This shop rebuilt my transmission and I listened to his advice and used authentic dealer parts. Not a problem with it since and these guys treat u with respect and are upfront and easy to deal with. This place was GREAT!!! I had an issue with my transmission and I was totally not looking forward to bringing my car in to get fixed and paying tons of money. However bringing my car into Aaction was the best choice Stephan really helped by showing and telling me everything that was wrong with my car and giving me the best price he could. Jeff and Charlie from Aaction Transmission are the REAL DEAL! They are an extremely rare find! My mechanic sent me to their shop because my car was slipping and it was obvious that the transmission had major issues. I didn't even need to explain the issue...Charlie took one test drive and told ME what was wrong. Then Jeff questioned the make, model and year. Puzzled, he told me that it should be completely covered under the factory warranty. He took my VIN number, called the dealership and sent me to the guy he spoke with and confirmed that it was still covered!! After I explained my fear that the story would change at the dealership, as it had in the past, he literally wrote all the details down and told me to call him if I had any issues. These two gentlemen saved me over $5500!! I told my friends that I met 2 angels that day! I always have my guard up because it seems that companies like this are hard to find. I am so grateful to them for their "service!"

My experience was amazing. Jeff and Charlie are friendly, professional and most important honest. I was told elsewhere that I had a transmission problem. They checked the car at no charge and the problem was a simple replacement of something else that they don't do. It was no big deal. "Transmission problems: don't go anywhere else!" Thanks guys!

My car started having major issues with the transmission and it was slipping gears and then out of no where, the D on my dashboard started flashing. I flipped out and called Aaction Transmission in Coral Springs and spoke to Jeff. He calmed me down and explained to me in great detail exactly what was going on with the car and what they would need to do to get it fixed. I checked them out and they had nothing but good reviews so I took a chance and hired them to help me. Charlie was there on Saturday when I dropped the car off and again explained everything to me which made me feel much more comfortable that my car was in good hands. They kept me informed the entire time and within a few days my car was done. The price was extremely reasonable for all their hard work and new parts they needed to get the job done. I picked the car up and it drove like a dream. The last thing Jeff said to me was please bring the car back in 2 weeks so we can do another inspection just to make sure the new parts were working the way they were supposed to and that showed me that they really cared about making sure everything was done right. I am so happy and I can't thank the guys at Aaction Transmission enough. I will recommend them to everyone I speak to and they have a new customer for life.

I took my Volkswagen CC here when it started shaking after switching gears and they fixed my problem right away. I had previously taken it to the Volkswagen dealership and they made me pay a bunch of money and did not fix the problem at all. These guys here, did great work and told me exactly what the problem was right away, not unlike the dealer. My car now runs perfectly smooth. Would highly recommend!

You can definitely trust this company! On our way home we noticed a loud sound coming from our car in the wheel bearing ( in which we had just brought it in to get it fixed here that day). It was after hours and the answering service got a hold of Al for us. At this point we were off the side of the road and Al drove over 30 min to help us out, and we found out it was just a rock that was stuck between the shield in the car making the noise not the fact that we got a bad wheel bearing- thank goodness. We drove the rest of the 4 hours home no problem. We are so glad this company actually took great care of us and went out of there way to help us out!! I would def recommend them!

Truly the best repair shop I have ever been to. They gave me multiple repair options so I could choose what fit my budget. I went with the more expensive one as it replaced more components so I shouldn't need to worry about repairs for a long time. They are always busy because they do great business so call ahead and schedule an appointment to make things easier on you and them!

My transmission went out driving into the driveway. I went online to find a shop, and when I found AAction Transmissions I read the reviews. I was impressed with the reviews, and that they have been around a long time. I called to see if it was okay to have my truck towed, and if they could work on it the next day. The gentleman told me to bring it in and they would check it out right away. When I got there they explained all the details, and helped me get a less expensive rental car than the one I booked the night before. The shop called me later and explained everything and gave me options for lowering the price. They were done with it the next day, and it runs like new. If anyone ever asks me if I know a good transmission shop I'll tell them AAction for sure. They were the most professional, kind, and speedy shop. It's great to find people like this. I spoke with Al who did a complete rebuild for hundreds less than anyone else in the area and they finished my car FAST!!!!! I got a 1 yr warranty and the service was fantastic. These guys were Great. I was referred to them by the Service adviser at my dealership when I was told my dealership warranty wouldn't cover the repairs. Aaction Towed my car for free and rebuilt my transmission in 2 days and I even got a full 1 year warranty. Best transmission shop in the area.

The team at Action is superb. They were friendly and courteous. My first interaction with Action was when I spoke to Al on a Sunday morning. I was having trouble with my Honda and he was able to have it towed that morning. I met the rest of team and my car on Monday. After the road test, they explained to me the issue and gave me a quote that was fair for the job that had to be done. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Thanks to AACTION I'm back on the road after 7 months of my car not running due to a transmission fail. My first impression of the shop was that it was very clean and organized. There team answered every question I had and more. I have a Acura TL 06 with 60k miles and is running like new again. My car was only there for 3 days when I was told by other shops that it would take at least 4-5 days. I highly recommend this place, they made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my car in there hands.

My Dodge Ram SRT-10 was sent here from another shop under warranty work. The warranty company didn't want to work with them because of the original shop, until Dan spoke with them. Shortly after the warranty company came out promptly and approved my claim. My truck was repaired quickly however, events not in their control, caused an unforeseen delay. They were sent the wrong torque convertor but had that problem adressed in no time. New one was quickly installed and off I went. I came back with (maybe as a pain in the butt customer) but they still looked into it immediately and my problem is solved. My truck is running better then it ever has and between Rick (the builder) and Dan a.k.a. the man (office manager) they really proved to me, customer service is their policy over there. This must be true because they are moving to an even bigger shop just up the street. They won't stop until the customer is happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just had a clutch and flywheel replace with them and they were VERY friendly and respectable (Stephan is the friendly auto person i ever met) . I spoke with the same person Stephan every time I called ( he answered all my stupid questions ) He broke down the price with me and their labor fee is very reasonable.He also show me the old parts that he replace , which made me feel that I didn't get cheated. This is the 2nd car i took here and both times I have had great customer service and wonderful work done on my car!! My brother and sister in law had a cars fix here and were very pleased. I would rate the 11 out of 1 -10. And in the future if I have problem they will be were I go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2002 C300 Mercedes Benz. My Transmission was not shifting correctly, and I went to Aaction Transmission in Hollywood because I was reffered by a close friend that had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and they gave me a fast and fair estimate. After my car was completed it ran perfectly. I would recommend Acction Better Built Transmissions as my first choice. I advise others to do the same.

I had 2003 Saturn Vue vehicle towed to A Action Better Built Transmissions for a transmission estimate. After the estimate came in too high, my wife and I paid for the estimate using a DISCOVER CARD in the amount of $599 + tax. The owner, Al Petrassi, then asked to purchase the vehicle from my wife and I since we purchased a replacement vehicle in lieu of the repair. We agreed on an amount of $500. A contract was signed and a check was made out to me in the amount of $500. Less than a week later, I received a lien letter in the mail from this company for an amount of more then $8,000+. They accused my wife and I of disputing the charge and selling a vehicle with a non-clear title.. They finally realized the disputed charge was for the same amount I paid, but was by a different customer on an AMERICAN EXPRESS. They had placed a lien on the wrong customer. In addition to the lien, they also canceled the check for payment of the vehicle. They also stated that a \"lien\" was held on the vehicle by Ally, which used to be GMAC. I've since gotten notarized letters mailed to the company and to myself from Ally stating that the vehicle is free and clear and that they hold no interest in the vehicle. The State Title Tag Agency says all they need to do is present the letters with the title and everything will be valid. I have given them the title so even though I have the letter, too, I can't clear it. However, the owner and his loyal employee will not return my calls or come to the phones to remedy this. All I am asking for is my $500 for the vehicle. They are very nice getting you into the shop, but not returning a customer's phone calls after threatening the customer with a bogus lien is unconscionable. All I am asking for is my money for the vehicle. I guess I have to go to small claims court and leave a review where ever I can so that others don't sell their vehicle or do business with Al and suffer the same repercussions I have.

I youn hate someone send them there! if all repair shops i have used this one is the worsed. they will lie to you and when you catch them they show you the Contract has no legal grounds. By using the wirds written on the back of the contract that shows they warrenty nothing; they will look to steal more money from you anyway they can.
