Through a long story I won't share here, I ended up having black mold along the bottom of my hall closet in the apartment I am renting. The apartment complex contracts with AN-Z and scheduled them to come out. Heath was very nice and really efficient. He came in cut out the moldy pad, dumped a bunch of disinfectant where the mold had been, and put new pad in. Then he shampooed the carpet, even went ahead and did the rest of the carpet in the apartment. The apartment doesn't usually charge for this, but it was still a nice surprise - I just wish I'd had enough cash on hand to tip Heath. Thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! I was given this company's name by my landlord at Desert Palm Village after I had complained that my apartment smelled like animal urine. I called to set up an appointment for 10/7/2014 between 12-2pm . Heath shows up on Monday at 1;30 pm. I had explained in detail to Health that I had been in the hospital for 3 weeks and when I rWeturned my house had this horrible animal urine smell in it and I needed to take care of this issue because I had to go back into the hospital and when I returned I needed to make sure my house was sanitary. When he arrived he tried to explain to me that these new carpets have a acidic smell and that is what I was smelling. NOT urine. I told Health that I do yoga and being on the carpet smells . So I asked him to get to smell areas of the carpet that I felt had a horrible smell to it and it tells me it is the new carpet. He says he has been doing this for 18 years and it is not animal urine. Since I was not expecting him until Monday I did not have cash. So I said I would run to the bank and return with the money. When I returned he was almost finished but walking in the apt I could smell urine. So I mention one more time in the area that I smelled on the floor if he could smell it. He said I just went over it 2 times. I mentioned that Sherry in the office said that maybe they did not change the pads and the smell is comming thru that way. And Health disagreed and said no I know for a fact that they change the pads when they put new carpet in. He told me it would take 4 hours to dry. I paid him his $40.00 in cash and I left the house so I could come home to a clean air fresh dry carpet. I returned at 7;30 pm my house reeked of urine. I went to turn on the AC and it was not working so I had to call the Maintenance dept and when they arrived to bring me a portable ac unit, Maintenace even commented that the place smells like animal urine. I told him that is exactly what I said to the carpet cleaning guy. So , I mention to the matenence man about the pad not being changed and he said sometimes they do NOT change the pads and that Health does not know those things. I called Health to explain that the carpets were still wet after 7 hours and that the smell was horrible. I was SHOCKED by this mans response, he said that I never requested for extra treatment nor did I ask or pay for and evaluation! I said are you kidding me? That was my purpose for the call and we discussed this because you got down on your hands and knees and smelled my carpet. He then said , Why dont you tell me how those teeth marks got on the wall? I said what are you talking about? and he said in the corner there is chewed marks on the wall and I said where? he says you know you have an animal in there. I said I have NOT as I have been in and out of the hospital for 6 months and Management KNOWS i have NEVER had a dog or cat.! Heath responds by STOP ATTACKING ME and you can file a complaint with the BBB and your manager I dont CARE! When we spoke I was NOT asking for my money back at all during that time, I was asking him to fix the problem that I had paid for. He hung up on me.
