Worst customer service they robbed us for material .. the manager lies and says he is a worker when he is the owner/manager overall please ready all invoices because he will try to screw you every chance he gets .. would not recommend .. i put a complaint to th BBB and he never answered ...

We hired Pacific Flooring two weeks ago asking for flooring installation. The fitters were on time, courteous, tidy, and very efficient, they even shaved the bottom of several doors to ensure a perfect finish.

I compared prices with other bigger companies for my bedroom floor and this was by far the best deal. The floor looks beautiful and was completed very quickly.

They just finished installing our new hardwood floors! Looks amazing and he did a great job on the stairs too. Honest, very competitive prices and nice too! everything done on time as promised and honestly - nothing I am not 100% satisfied with. Finally someone who takes pride in his work. I found a good one and his guys do an amazing job with our living room floor. They are professionally attentive. They value the quality of the service and they are able to match the stain and finish. Honest and really very competitive prices. Great service! Staffs are very fast.

The best service I ever had, no one like them in Palmdale or Lancaster. They have a lot of selection in porcelain, stone, cabinets, carpet, wood, laminate, you name it they used independent contractors there are great on installation's. thank you west coast flooring for your support.
