I do not even believe this agent still exists. Any time I call for help, I get some woman [not Aaron Hall] that just tells me it is too much trouble for her to research any answer for any question I have. At some point, rental car coverage was dropped from my policy and no one can tell me when it happened, and who authorized it. During my last accident, Allstate left me without any mode of transportation. I have had an Allstate Auto Policy without interruption since October 1983. This will soon change. I demand Allstate cease and desist using the phrase “You are in good hands” from any and all marketing immediately.
Not confident at all. Although your local office of Aaron Hall and his employees were responsive... the claims personnel were not. I live in Keller, Texas but was assigned to a claims person in Houston (300 miles away). His name was Sanchez. He did not seem to care much about my claim so I called the "800" number for Allstate to assign another claims person in my area (the Dallas Ft Worth area). They assigned another person to my claim, Jason?. He made an appointment with me but passed me off to another claims person named Shana Floyd. Shana came to my house and did a pretty good job of advising me what to do next. She told me to call a water restoration organization to determine how much water damage I had at my house. I already knew that I could do that. Why do I have insurance and insurance claims personnel if I am to figure out what to do all by myself? As it turned out... I really did not need to do any restoration and the claim was cancelled. I guess my concern is... the claims process seemed to be very disjointed and actually took longer that it should have. I am still very confused about how this was all handled.
In February i recieved my renewal and noticed a substantial increase in my rate. Before i could even call to ask why i was contacted by an Associate from Halls and told that during the reciew of my policy it was noticed that some automatic discounts had expired. In a matter of minutes things were corrected and my rates were back to normal. It was good to know that regular reviews are actually done and not just left up to the automated process to handle.
Overall, I am not excited about Allstate. I had a problem as a new customer and I felt that the way my agent and Allstate handled it was lacking, to say the least. I hear your commercials on my television about, 'safe driver bonuses' to my knowledge I have never received a 'safe driver bonus' yet and I am a safe driver. I continue to be your customer, but soon, I will be reviewing my insurance needs with other insurance companies. After my initial experience I referred too earlier in this e-mail, I have never felt safe and secure with Allstate and that you truly have my back should a disaster occur.
I can not say enough about Aaron's agency and his staff. Natalie in the office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even offered additional discounts I qualified for that I did not realize were available. I gladly refer Aaron Hall's agency to all of my friends and family because I know they will be in good hands.
Very interactive. Great customer service and responsiveness. My only concern is that i get a few too many emails from your office. I own/run three companies, so i generally get 300 email a day. I wish i had time to read every one of the email you send, but i have limited time in the day. Keep up the great work!
