Aaron and his team are dedicated professionals that give their attention not only to your account, but seeing all facets are covered when looking at all of your insurance needs. I was able to pop my head in without an appointment and get some questions answered. I have been with them for over a year after 8 years with Metlife and I believe you will not be disappointed with their service or Allstates rates.
I have been with Allstate for 4 years for my home, auto, and all my rental properties and honestly I have never been happier. I enjoy my agent and his gracious team. I love this service your company provides but there are two issues. As a insurance member I would like to see a decrease in cost per year versus an increase as it would show me that as a loyal customer I'm appreciated. Also, I haven't received my insurance cards yet via mail. What's the expected time frame to receive these. Is there a new policy requiring all members to download the cards from the website?
Disappointed beyond words. This is the first time I've ever needed Allstates help, (do to a claim where I wasn't at fault) and all I got was policy crap, call another number, we don't handle that, we don't have the answer for that, etc. Allstate is NOTHING like the way it's represented on their commercials! I always thought y'all were such a reputable company...What happened??? Allstate is a joke, and Aaron Wallicks office is useless! If this actually gets posted - I DO NOT recommend Allstate, and will never be referring them now after this experience - their service is crap!!!
Amanda reached out to us via email asking us to consider adding auto to our homeowners coverage. This happened to coincide with me realizing our previous auto insurance rates were way too high. After obtaining quotes from 5 different places, the discount for bundled services with Allstate was appealing. But the personal follow up I received from Rick, Aaron and especially Amanda really sealed it. Every email I sent was answered quickly, Amanda even sent me a copy of my cancellation notice for my old policy since I was worried about being charged by them. After almost 2 years as an Allstate homeowners customer, I’m not sure what prompted them to ask us about considering an auto policy but I’m so glad they reached out. To save money on our homeowners policy is an added bonus! After a decade with a company whose customer service was unimpressive and rates were hundreds more a month, we were determined to take our spotless driving records to a company that showed us they care about us as people and Aaron and his team did just that. I highly recommend them!
You know you have the right insurance when you file a claim. I had to file a claim recently and they were spot on,I mean no hassle whatsoever. They were with me all the way from the beginning to the end answering all my question. I was completely satisfied. I do recommend Allstate to all my family, friends and strangers.
A van coming out of a side road slammed into the passenger side of my car in the parking lot close to where my Allstate agent’s office is located! Ricky Ricardo in this office came to my rescue, calmed down the ***** driver who was yelling at me, took a bunch of accident-scene photos and controlled the whole situation! I don’t know what I would have done without his help! Then we went back to his office and he explained the steps of filing a claim, and called Allstate claims center for me! Since I wasn’t very familiar with what to do in this event, I’m so grateful for all the help Ricky gave me!
Since we have been w AllState my wife & I have had NO COMPLAINTS. Satisfied, YES we are, and appreciative as well. Are phone calls don't go unanswered & they have taken time to explain anything we ask. So thank you VERY much & we hope to be customers as long as you guys will have us. Thank You Mr & Mrs Scott
Overall the agency has been very responsive and accommodating. I moved here from the Chicago area where my Brother-n-law was my Allstate agent and the transition has been smooth. In the one instance where I needed immediate attention Aaron called me directly to assure me things were being handled timely and efficiently.
I have no feelings about my experience with buying insurance, I give you money, you cover my requirements for car insurance dictated by the state whom your lobbyist finessed into making the requirements the law, we're not friends we're not neighbors and if you think otherwise all I have to do is not pay my premium and we'll see how long you continue to cover my vehicles, I've never met my agent, wouldn't recognize them if I met them face to face on the street, all my dealings have been online, you pushed for this paperless communication to save you money for a envelope and stamp, so don't be surprised if this is the kind of response you get.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This office quoted me my premium of around $2500 a year. They sent out a inspector that had no idea what he was doing. I had my house insured at 700K to get a letter in the mail a month later saying my premium was going up to over 6000$ they apprised my home at almost 1.5 million! So I cancelled my policy after 2 months of APPEAL for them to tell me i owe them $1500 in premium for the increase.
