He was very professional and polite. I have had Allstate insurance since the 1990's and with few exceptions, have been very satisfied with their service.

I have always been satisfied with Allstate in the past. On June 4 of this year i was in an accident with my car. The claims department was very prompt, and efficient in handling everything. I couldn't have asked for faster service.

So far it has been great. Thank goodness I have not had a claim to base it on but I have been pleased

As always I’m extremely stoked to be with All State. These guys truly have my back. I can’t think of many industries where having a “brick and mortar/friendly face” isnt a luxury, but it comes standard with Allstate. I chose Allstate not because their rates were the best (but, they were), but I chose it because the staff at my particular location were both laid back and professional. I know I could pick up the phone right now and get them on the line if I needed to, and honestly, that’s not usually the case anymore. Not only that, they won’t need to ask for fancy account numbers to know who I am; these guys operate on a name and face basis. I never knew growing up anyone could feel this “proud” to have found such a great company to trust in. Just wish I could feel this great about my bank... Thanks Adam and Angela! ...and Eric. ;)

I had a dishwasher water line burst in my kitchen. I own a 100+ year old Victorian which through the years had many layers of flooring added atop one another. So the water went between the floor layers and require a total rehab of the floor and the lower cabinets of my kitchen. Allstate never gave me a moment of stress. Each step of the way they discussed issues as they came up, checks to cover the problems were deposited quickly. When the project was complete the contractor was paid in full and I was a very happy home owner. Adam's office staff were absolutely wonderful through the whole process. No complaints at all.

your office staff is great, however your prices are high. I have been a long time customer of yours, but I am feeling the need to **** around for a better price on car/homeowners insurance
