Craig has repaired many items for me over many months. The work is always great, he has fixed boots, shoes, sandals, a purse and a hip holster bag for me as well as some horse reins. I've recommended him to friends and will always go back to him. His prices are always very reasonable, and I'm always amazed at how he can do so much for so little. He has a customer for life!

Fixed my daughters Mary Janes in less time that quoted and it cost less than quoted too. They were a velcro strap that was worthless. He put on functioning buckles and now she can run in them and they don't fall off anymore. He's really nice and does great work. Will be going there again.

I brought a pair of Vasque hiking boots in for repair; the soles were worn down to nearly nothing. I dropped them off on June 6 and he told me it would take a couple of weeks because he had to remove the soles, measure the boots and order the new sole. He called me on June 21 to tell me they were ready. The actual price was less than quoted and very reasonable. The boots look and feel great!

I was so very surprised today by the customer service. I walked in with my favorite pair of boots that I haven't been able to wear in the last couple of months because of a recent lift required by my doctor. I needed it added to the heal as putting the piece inside was painful. 10 minutes later I left a very happy customer. You just don't get service like this anymore! The price was great! You have a customer for life and I have several more pairs that need to be done.

I've been here a few times to purchase items for my job. The customer service is spot on! Its a great locally owned store, I would highly recommend shopping here for any of your boot needs! The guy is highly knowledgeable and honest.

In--what, one minute?--I had my new Born sandal repaired for next to nothing. And they had colors of shoe polish I'd been looking for in vain forever--have you tried finding navy blue or light brown polish in a big box store? They don't have them. Adams did! Great service and great work for a great price.

This is a great shop. I think the guys name was Joe that helped me. I called him with an idea that was not shoes and he was willing to think outside the box with me. I was looking for a leather music sheet holder for a friends birthday. It took me forever to think of the most amazing gift so it was very last minute. I told him what I wanted and took a picture up to him. He did exactly what I wanted and had it finished for me really quick. He was so affordable for what I saw to be purchased online that I had to give him a big tip. He makes some really cool stuff too. I really need to take my purse in and have new straps put on it. I will update on that project later.

Excellent service and quality of work. I look a pair of women's shoes and a purse in for repair, they were fixed while I waited and workmanship was very good. I will definitely use this service again. The store also sells Red Wing boots, western hats, etc and has a supply of various shoe/boot care products. The store is also very clean and neat.

This was the best service I have ever received from any retail or repair shop. Craig (the owner) is very personable and takes his time to figure out what you really need! I think it's because he's from the old school and still cares. Anyway, he's getting my business from now on....and I can't believe how cheap he is for repairs and they are good! He also has some really cool custom boots made from exotic skins I was thinking about maybe getting for my father in law for Christmas. Great place I will visit again!
