I found it better to use a established insured and bonded company. Saving a dollar does not always add up.

I had a broken spring. Called them at 8AM; they scheduled me for 2-4pm; he arrived at 2:15pm and was finished at 2:45pm. I paid slightly extra for stronger springs they recommended because my door was old and heavier than normal. Total cost $152. Highly recommended.
