So far, so good, except for what is written below. I would suggest you check the "Drivewise" TV commercial on "full braking." I have never had to slide my tires in full braking, as the commercial shows. Yet about every other time of so on my trips, it shows "hard braking" which isn't true according to the commercial. Therefore, it costs me of not receiving a cash reward for my first 6 months. Don't you think that the TV commercial, and what it shows on my iPhone, and computer should coincide? Or, do I see a ***** there?
The change from the previous agent to you has been seamless, the few claims we`ve had have been settled fairly and in a fast manner. The only glitch I`ve encountered was coming to see Mr. Vargas and was not able to see him to discuss our policies. No reason was given as to why we couldn`t meet with him.
My account is handled quite well. However, several years ago, after my daughter lost her husband. I purchased a house that needed a lot of worked. I came to my insurance company as a long time customer and asked for a policy to cover the house, in my name, that would cover my cash investment while I brought the house up to standard doing most of the work myself. After an inspection I was given a list things that had to done, then I could get a policy. I went across town to State Farm and a man that had never seen me wrote me a policy. The house was up-to-date with-in a year and looks great inside and out. I put the house in her name and told her to gat a policy from State Farm. The real question is why do I still a house and five automobiles insured with Allstate. I may want to buy my son a house in the near future. May need a company that appreciates my business. I have always had the best service experience from them, whether it was from a report of an ******** or changing coverage on my vehicles. They are very fast and efficient and I have always found their rates are reasonable compared with other companies.
Been with Allstate every since I been driving, first with Karen. now with Vargas. This is a company I know I can trust. and with Vargas in charge, I don't have to worry about my car insurance. He and his team are so very helpful. When they get my payment, its always confirmed on my web messages that its been received. This is just one of the great things they do for me.
