Randy told me two months ago he ordered an attic fan and will install it the following week.Never heard from him. I sent a couple of emails, no response. finally i telephoned and he said he got busy but he would stop by at the end of the week. Never heard from him. You decide.
The father and son team behind ALCO Mechanical were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a non-functioning A/C unit since we moved into our home. It took us about 6 years before we called someone out because of fears of costs to repair a 20+ year old unit. We had called a local A/C company in Sacramento County whom showed up once and referred us to one of their more senior, experienced techs. They never called back.
June 6, 2017, no calls from alco. I finally hired another contractor. they did great work, and SEVERAL THOUSAND less in costs.
