We were referred to Sean by a friend, after Geico raised our rate. My husband called to ask why and they said because we moved. Well we did move 2 miles. My husband called Sean and he not only saved us money vs. the new Geico rate, but he was less than the old Geico rate. He is knowledgable and very easy to work with. I recently had damage done to my property so I contacted agency for some help. I told them what I needed so I could get estimate on cost and repair for damage. There has been some miscommunication but they are making an effort to help me out. I appreciate effort on thier part.
This has to be the worst insurance company around. Looked around for car insurance 6 months ago and found a great company. 6 months later I get emails and calls from Angela Kovich with insane quotes for almost $9,000 a year for a 2011 car. I have no accidents, no points on my driving record and her letters said that she searched 16 insurance carriers and this was the best quote. I read her bio, she is new to this company. Maybe new to insurance. I don't know how this company, or Angela makes a living. They must think people are naïve, or very stupid. I'm currently paying $1,200 a year for my car insurance. Not sure how they got my information, but 6 months later they harass you with crazy and unbelievably outrageous quotes. Pulled their address up in Lowell, MI. A dump of an office next to a farm silo and trains. Talk about WT! they must think everyone born in the backwoods! Look at their bios, they don't look like the sharpest knives in the drawer.
Delt with this business for years and had good service until i canceled my policy because of there crazy high prices. I asked when i canceled policy if i owned anything for my canceled policy and was informed i was all paid up. Couple weeks later i receive a bill, little annoyed but i pay it, couple weeks later i receive a check from same company for more money than what i just payed them. 4 months after i cancel policy we are buying a new house and i have a collections notice from a insurance policy from many years ago that i had cancelled through Alliance. So i call 2 times before i can get someone to pick up the phone at alliance. Where the person who answered basically told me he couldn't help me, so i ask to speak to a manager. 4 HOURS LATER i finally get a return phone from a manager after calling in 2 more times after intial call. Manager was a very rude person who likes to speak over you on the phone. And apperently if you pay month to month through them that entitles the manager Scott to treat you like dirt!! I paid month to month before i went to college and canceled my policy before i went and apprently the people that work there chose not to record it!! Thank you Alliance for screwing this up!! I wouldnt reccomend this company to my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service and have terribly high prices! I have the same coverage from a different company and pay 160$ less a month than alliances policy. As a Lowell local ill be sure to spread the word how "local business" treats its people.

We switched over today after running into an unexplainable jumps in our monthly insurance amounts with our previous agents, so I called and was quickly given a quote and all the information and tools I needed. I was nervous since our old agent had left the company but wasn\u2019t informed. But once I got ahold of the agency, Sean built my confidence back in the agency. He has made the process very easy when making changes and most recent when we bought a new home and needed insureance. He ran the coverages with multiple carriers and got us the same coverages at a better rate!

Was with Ionia Co Insurance and they sold out to these guys. Complete failure at customer service. Felicia did nothing but argue with me after my mother AND husband passed in 2017. Policies were not rewritten because they didn't want to pay an underwriter and my disabled father is STILL getting mail from them in her name. HAND ADDRESSED no less. No respect for you as a client after they get your business, and I never filled a claim with them!! AAA lost my business because of them. Buyer beware!
I had an accident Oct 31, car deer accident.i called and asked for Shawn, he was on a call and the girl took my information and said someone would call me from insurance? Never heard from them and ended up calling the road service as I had no customer service number for the actual ins company. A week later I get a call ( today actually). They never heard from the agency and got there information from the road service area? Pretty poor service since the new agency to k over for GLRM!
I had a great experience when I wanted to check our families current rates on Auto and Home insurance with another company, something I never look forward to but feel it should be done. I was referred to Alissa and she was great, she was very pleasant and made the process very easy, she did all the work, asked me questions my old agent from my old company never asked and got us discounts I did not even know were availible to our family. I was with Progressive Direct for my motorcycle insurance but wanted to have an agent when it came to my car insurance. My girlfriend recommended Amy Thompson who I know well and I go to church with. I gave her the information over the phone and she got back to me with a quote very quickly. My quote was slightly less than other agents that I had already contacted about a quote so I decided to go with her. I recently had to stop in to the office to sign some documents regarding my policy and was greeted quickly and Amy came to help me within a minute or two. My experience with Progressive Insurance thus far has been excellent and they have handled my claim very quickly and I am glad that I can be a part of alliance from here forward for my other insurance needs.
