Both Janine and Andre were both pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. Janine spent hours (literally) working with me to get me the policies that suit my situation. She also gave me every possible discount that was available to me. I left the office feeling confident I had the best insurance and with total peace of mind.

My experience with your agency was excellent. My reason for leaving had to do with the fact that my 6-month premium increased by nearly $300 after having a very minor fender bender in a private parking lot. Up until that, I had no prior moving violations or accidents that I had reported so I did some research and found that Geico gave me a better policy and a better price in spite of knowing about the same exact incident which I just described. As you can imagine, I had to go with the more economical quote rather than being penalized for a minor infraction, which is essentially what Allstate was doing by increasing my premium. I trust that you understand.

Andre and his team are great to work with. Being relatively new to the community he took the time to chat and give us recommendations of local establishments. It wasn’t all about the business transaction.

I have been with the Jett Agency for a year now and have been extremely happy with the customer service. I left another big name company after many years and saved substantially moving to Allstate. Everyone is friendly, polite and helpful whenever I need them. It's a pleasant experience to stop in...not one that you dread like when you have to call a company and weed through the many menu options. I had my first real claim a few days ago and Andre Jett's immediate assistance was fantastic..I had all the needed parties calling me with in an hour and within a couple hours all my repair and rental arrangements were lined up for the next day. The claims adjuster, the rental company and the repair shop that were recommended by Allstate have all been terrific. What a seamless process and it made something unpleasant as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

I switched over my insurance to the Jett agency recently after being a long time USAA customer. As a veteran I thought it would be extremely difficult to top the service and quality that USAA provided. However, the level of customer care that Andre and his agency provide is second to none. This in turn has reduced my overall costs significantly while extending other coverage's to ensure that if the day comes, we will be well protected.
