I have had a very good experience with Allstate. My agent and his office staff provide excellent customer service to me when I have questions and concerns they are addressed within a timely manner. Compared to other insurance companies my rental and car insurance is cheaper.

Andrew Perlin is my Allstate Agent. I was referred to him by the Manager at my apartment complex, he is our Renter's insurance representative. After discussing renters insurance with me he asked if I had auto insurance and the rest is history. He gave me a class on Car Insurance 101 right over the phone. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service, even when I had to ask him to explain a couple of times. Having recently filed a claim, I appreciate the fact that the first thing asked is if everyone is okay. The claim process is fast and efficient. Monies are deposited directly into my bank account. I don't like having to wait and see if I get my deductible back, since the accident was was the fault of the other party. I do like that Mr. Perlin, himself, takes the time to go over my policy with me and suggest ways for me to save money on my insurance. He or his staff is always available and willing to answer any questions I may have about my coverage.

My rates continued to increase. Even though, I have excellent credit and no accidents. When talking with other insurance companies my rates for my homes and auto are much less. I will be switching as soon as possible
I spoke with several representatives who were all helpful, although one of them didn't make the date change I requested. I have never spoken with the Agent assigned to me. I tried contacting him initially but his office wasn't taking calls. Otherwise, I am pleased with Allstate.
How dare someone from Allstate contact the MD MVA to place an insurance flag on my vehicle. I have been a USAA customer for over 20 years and have never used Allstate for car insurance. If your company is that ******* because I chose not to switch, I am very disappointed.

My rates are rising and there is no explanation for the reason. Considering switching agencies due to this. I initially switched to Allstate due to the coverage was the same at a lower rate.

Piss poor service. Mismanaged everything from the start. Hard to get a hold of people about starting the policy. And I was signed up for renters insurance without my permission. I'm highly upset with the level of service I received and will be looking for another company asap

Andrew Perlin is one of the people in business that I respect the most! While waiting for him in his office, I heard him with another client. While helping that person, he was more concerned with the benefit to that person, and the right product for them than he was about up-selling them! He could have went a different route, but chose to guide them in an honorable way rather than what would benefit his paycheck the most! That is why I chose to let him have my business, and switched insurance!
