I was very please with the service.

Always positive.

I start off with good policy pricing on my auto. It seems like after the first 6 months the increases start. Yes, the increase is minimal, but why? It's increases like that that makes me leave and go else where.

I have used many different good insurance companies and agents in the past, but Benny and his employees are the best! They are very friendly and quick to respond to my questions and requests. I haven't shopped around for new possible lower rates in years because of the excellent customer service given by Benny's company.

We have been with Benny Cartridge Agency since 1997 when my children were toddlers. This agency has been awesome in assisting us thru accidents, compliments from either son or daughter. They have awesome staffs; always willing to help in any area. We stay with Benny Cartlidge bec, we feel like the Allstate logo, "we are in good hands". We are a loyal customer for over 20 yrs.

I just recently cancelled both my home and car insurance. I have insured my home with you since 2003 and have just recently found out the a very important coverage ( under the slab leek) has never been in my policy. How can I have been sold insurance of full coverage and not be told what is not included? Now the only way to include this is to give up my low deductible policy. I do not think this is the proper customer service and not knowing this for 15 years does not sow me that you are looking out for me as your client. I also found out I had been paying way to much for my car insurance. It seems the policy automatically increases my premium but never looks to make sure the increase is accurate or if in fact it should have gone down! When this was discovered I would think I should have at least received a refund of my over payment instead I found out that I should have asked to have the policy requoted to see it it should go down. I find this ridiculous that you just increase the premium even if not accurate and only decrease if I request a review. Again I find this to be very poor customer service and not looking out for your clients

This insurance office is always extremely helpful. In addition to answering general questions about the coverage we currently have, they give us information on new products and how we can improve our coverage. Great office and agent to deal with.

Have not had any problems. Always notified when insurance payments are due and taken care.

I was given a quote for a certain amount and i was charged double and I didn't even know that insurance premium changed that dramatically. I found out this when i called my mortgage company and they gave me information including my home insurance. I was very upset and disappointed.

Benny Cartwright and his Allstate Insurance Company have been like family to u gor 20 years! They always take care of us. When my son had his jeep totalled they went to bat for us to challenge the underwriters to get us a true payoff since his jeep was loaded and he got them to increase the totalled vehicle from book value to actual value!!! You are definately in good hands with Benny and his awesome team!

We are on maintenance mode - same car, drives and house for years. I do feel that I could get better pricing elsewhere and don't feel Allstate is competitive but I haven't done anything about it. Maybe I am wrong.

You were very prompt. I was very satisfied and happy with the results, although they haven't finished with the gutters, the roof looks good. My dog didn't like all the noise of the hammering, but we survived. Thank You to the girl in the office who told me about Crosby Roofing. All were very nice.
