Billy and his agency has helped me a lot. He answers all your questions and tries to help you the best he can. Although his team may take a while to respond to your emails, Billy does a great job when you contact him directly. He does more than auto insurances and is very open to your concerns. I have had a great experience with his service, probably the best in the Roswell area. I tried to contact other agents in Roswell, but they never made an effort to call back or give you the attention you need.

I am not happy about the amount of money I have to pay for my new car. After 35 years of being with Allstate, and not having any accident, I do not feel appreciated; and definitely, disagree with the Allstate explanation.

The only time I've used the roadside service was last month and it was an absolute disaster. So much so I dropped it to buy AAA coverage. I called roadside service to have my car towed to my mechanic. Wrecker service came and picked it up. I had to pay $75 of my own money before he would take it. The driver didn't wait for me he just took off. The driver dropped it at the wrong location. I called roadside and explained what happened. I was told I would have to pay again to have it towed to the correct mechanic. I spend the better part of the day speaking to multiple Allstate employees trying to get it to the right place. I eventually called Billy to try and work it out. After about 2 hours Billy was able to correct it and get it towed to the right place. A complete waste of a day leaving me and my two children stranded at the mechanics shop. I had to call a relative to deliver food so my kids could have something to eat. I understand that mistakes happen. This ended up being a snowball of mistakes. I would have been better off saving the monthly cost of the service over the years and paying directly out of pocket.

Service is really great. Personnel are very friendly and easy to work with each and every time I call. My only wish is that the rates were more reasonable. I'm paying over $4000 annual for 4 cars and I have a $1000 deductible on Physical Damage. The State approved increase last year was a horrible mistake by the Insurance Commissioner but at the same time the company requested it and it was approved. No carrier should be allowed to make such a substantial increase in one year. It reflects poorly on the industry and puts people like you, the agents, in a difficult position with clients. Something has to be done to curtail the rates. If the company does not feel like it can conduct business in the Metro Atlanta area without bending people over, they should exit the market and leave it to others that are more competitive. We all know cars cost more today and are more technology advanced which increases the repairs, but in all reality, the rates are too high for most people to carry the necessary limits to protect them. Your agency does a great job! I'm just expressing my own views about the state of the marketplace. All the best to you and your staff. Randy Nixon

Only one complaint in 33 years with Allstate

Michelle was so responsive and proactive in helping clear up an issue with our home owners insurance. I didn't hesitate to ask her questions and knew I would get quick, accurate answers as my teen driver was about to get her learner's permit.

I am pleased with my homeowners insurance. I was not pleased with how much my auto insurance rates increased; so I found auto insurance elsewhere.

Love this agency and this company. For my rare accidents and fender benders, I have never felt like ******** or worried about how much my premiums would go up. From end to end the people I have worked with were great.

Without my approval they renewal my home owners insurance to my escrow account. Not a good practice for business.
