I was solicited by someone at your agency concerning switching to Allstate to save $. Switching my auto insurance to Allstate proved to be such a hassle and inconvenience, multiple information needed, multiple emails back and forth answering questions etc. etc. that it did not justify the small dollar premium savings. At this point I am not sure that their has been any dollar saving resulted from the change over. Also I am still not sure I have the proper coverage on my 2001 Lexus RX300 and the difficulty in getting an accurate answer that I can trust seems daunting. I was given conflicting information at different times about this coverage. This should not have been this difficult.
I feel that the coverage that I have for the price that I'm paying is unbelievable and I would have not found out if I hadn't gone into see you about our home owners insurance.
Has been fine. I’m sure all policy premiums have gone up.

When I couldn't get anyone to respond to my request for a quote, I tried this agency and they got back to me right away. I was new to the area and they were very friendly, helpful, and warm. I'm so glad I found them and look forward to many years of working with them for my insurance needs!

I've been an Allstate customer for my entire driving life (49 yrs)...with no accidents or claims...sadly I had my first in 2016 and I was disappointed by the poor way my claim was handled. Customer loyalty has little worth to Allstate.

I love Allstate but I forgot I went paperless and almost was cancelled... Dan corrected the problem right away but I was not able to get my discounts by paying g in full and 6 months in advance like always and I was not able to save an extra 60$ by going paperless either and that's because I forgot which email I gave and he just helped me make my payment

I have not had to make a claim thankfully so can't comment on that aspect. I am unhappy with the annual rate increases. When will we have a decrease.
