My husband and I are retired. We both have been customers of Allstate since our late teens. We both have excellent driving records yet our premiums continue to increase! We are now considering other companies because this is getting to be unaffordable! I am very disappointed. I used to always recommend Allstate. I just can't anymore.
Mr. Lackinger is a very knoligable insurance agent. He has always answered my questions about my coverage in a way that I could understand. He has suggested things that I could do to save money. When it leave his office I always have the fealling that he is doing his best to represent me.
I felt very comfortable talking with David and insured my home and auto with Allstate again. I was unhappy customer of Allstate Insurance Company switched to other provider because of bad experince with Allstate while my claim due to hale damage. I felt I was not in GOOD HANDs `after all. Thanks to David.

Couldn't ask for anything more from this experience. Got a call later the same day from the repair customer center to schedule an appt.
When we initially created my policy, everything was extremely clear because of how well Dave explained everything. I knew what I needed to do on my end and I knew what I would be getting. I really appreciated how fast and easily we were able to get my policy going. If it had not been so fast, various problems would have arisen for me at work, school, and with family events. Dave is extremly helpful when problems arise to make sure all is taken care of. He takes the time to explain any and all issues. Dave will explain thier policies and what we as thier customer can expect and receive. Dave also will try very hard to get anyone the best policy that he can.
Besides the fact that if you irritate thus gentleman he will be rude and explode at you, he does not explain the coverage he is offering and is overall not a nice person to deal with I cancelled and found I am not entitled to the 10 days that should be prorated and refunded he states its Allstates Corp policy. Now if this is true wouldn't you think he would have mentioned this to me when I called him prior to me cancelling but telling him that I am comparing prices oh no not thus man BUYER BEWARE
