Allstate (Dicola's Agency) have always responded to our questions and changes to our policies. I think it is a very good agency but Allstate has modified their Claim process so they paid a claim without physically looking at the vehicle. I had called Allstate to fill them in on the car's condition as there was previous damage that the driver was trying claim.My license plate height at the top was 17 inches from ground but his old scratch he was claiming was 19 inches from the ground. I measured it in front of the claimant. He stated he would not acknowledge it even if he witnessed that measurement. There was alot of scratches on his bumper with the same look...as deep as the bigger one. There were more concerns and I did what I could at the time. It was a straight-on bump at 5 mi. per hour. Allstate did not even call with their take on it and paid it without ever talking to me about their findings.Now I have a bogus claim on my record. I worked and owned an auto body **** for 20 years..what happened to following up on a lead and checking the damage? Dicola's office says they are not connected to the claim dept.to help.I did talk to the adjuster at 1st but can't get a call back.
I met James Kline in May 1979. He was my agent. I am now a hand-me-down. Can't say I like it much, but I tolerate it, which is why I haven't switched insurance companies. Allstate has treated me with ********, obfuscating and procrastinating with my claims over the years. I am not inclined to start over with another company at this time, but neither will I sing Allstate's praises.
Doug and his team are some of the best people I have worked with. When I first singed up with him, there was no pressure, no hassle and no worries of my plan. I referred my family to him as well as friends at work. Thank you for the great service and the best coverage.
Very disappointed. No commitment to long time customers. Definitely not the service that I receive for at least the first 15 years I was with allstate. Especially because I have no claims since 2000 or 2001, no tickets, no accidents and I have have been loyal to allstate myself.

They are very upbeat and friendly, even during that unexpected drop-in. I've received calls asking if I want to find a lower premium (sales calls from other insurance companies). They're never able to find and quote me a lower rate. I think that says alot about my good coverage. I've been with Allstate for many years and have never had a complaint of any kind with my coverage or the agents and other staff I've interacted with. Like I said, always friendly and willing to help. Also, I greatly appreciate how they interact with so personably such that you never feel like you're just an account or a stranger. I have absolutely no complaints, only positive experiences.

When my Allstate agent retired I was assigned a "temporary" new agent, Doug DiCola. It turned out to be a stroke of good fortune, so much so that I requested Doug be assigned as my permanent agent. His staff of Marta and Dustin made the transition extremely easy and pleasant, met all my needs and set my mind at ease. Now I'm looking forward to continuing my longstanding relationship withh Allstate.
