Allstate has been their for me and when i switched from Nationwide because i couldn't get mobile home coverage Allstate was their with open arms to help me. I keep hearing about the pay back for good driver rewards but i have not gotten any. Do i need to upgrade my coverage in order to get this?

I'm so happy to have you as my insurance again it agent

I am very disgusted with the way Allstate handled our situation. Last year Allstate wouldn't recognize the fact that we don't do online bills, so they didn't send me a paper bill. Then I found out that they wouldn't give me credit for prompt payments, even though I hand carried the check to the Allstate office. Now this year they tell me I owe an additional $48 plus I payed grudgingly. Frankly I feel Allstate is getting to be a complete rip off. I will give our agent Sara credit for trying to help us, but unless she leaves Allstate for another agency, we will have to discontinue our relationship with her also. I am very disgusted with Allstate. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Probably not. There isn't anyone I dislike badly enough to recommend the treatment Allstate has given us. We have all of our policies with Allstate, and that could end.
