Recently I called for roadside service, my car needed jump started. No one was sent out to jump start my car. Over one hour later, I got a follow up call and punched in the option stating no service was sent out and did never got a reply or follow up as to if I still needed service.
I am grateful for Mike, Lyndale Office Mgr, who has responded to my various questions and given helpful responses to serve an 86 year old woman who is in process with managing different health issues, now facing knee replacement surgery and storage of car over the winter - hopefully to drive with confidence again. He also recommended when I know my driving days are over, I can give my car to ARC and grateful to have a good place to give away old car. Thanks very much for car insurance and Mike's serving heart.
Every time I stop by your Lyndale office there is a difference man at the desk to help me so I don't feel that I know any of you that well.....however I have no complaints about the service or product that you provide. Please note that my Mother: Dolores Bergman, has been carrying renters insurance with you and she passed away now on August 17, 2017.......so that should be cancelled.
I really like how nice and helpful Mike was while working with me over a period of time. My parents have been with him for a long time and I appreciate the patience and kindness he shows them as they are in their 80's. Thanks for all the explanation you provided me as well. It was ok. The the claims inspector that came out did not want to replace the roof even though it was very bad he said only 10 shingles needed to be replaced. It took quite a while before the agent agreed to replacing all the shingles on the roof. My insurance went up $1,700 because of the claim.
It's alright. I don't like the snail mail bombardment for life insurance. I've been with you for 5 years and no one has ever been over to see me. Maybe someone should stop by so I can share my concerns. Maybe we can talk about house issues that need to be addressed. You know, keep those underwriters happy.
I am fine w the coverage I have elected. I get several calls, emails and letters about life insurance. Which is a not something I care about. I have asked the people calling to stop. I get allstate are the one doing this but it is annoying. Want to save me money on the policy I have or think you have a better coverage options, send that. If I ever pass, I am not worried about paying for things left behind. I have a 401k that will cover funeral. Again I ask, stop call9ng and mailing and emailing about ****** life insurance
I feel that my premiums are much too high given my insurance needs, I now work from home, so drive very seldom, am over 55 with an excellent driving record, I have been quoted much lower rates. My home insurance rates seem excessive as well, $114.xx per month for what? My chimney leaked and I got it fixed under any deductible. Now, I need professional painting to repair the plaster, but afraid to even call. I'm currently seeking better insurance rates and coverage. thank you
