I have dealt with this agency since 1974, to this day I have never had any negative issues. We built a relationship in trust and all my insurance needs have been met.

I started to be a client of your agency when Mr. Erbacher was in charge of it in 1993 when I bought my first car in the USA. I always appreciated his friendly, direct, and practical way to approach issues and I always felt he provided me with the best possible deals. Since I recommended the agency to several friends. Then I continued with Mr. Gsenge and also Geoff treated me always with client orientation and in a friendly way, I felt appreciated as a customer. I have not yet had the pleasure to deals personally with Mr. Gadjdosik and actually it is not clear to me if Geoff is still working in the agency. Was frustrated not to get a call back as promised. Hoping to hear from my agent soon as he is returning from vacation.

Not overly thrilled. Agent other than ours scared us with something that should not have been on the credit report. Got us very upset. Rate went up soon after but not sure if it was because of this or something else.

They are attentive to detail and respond quickly.
