Allstate Insurance Agent: Frank Menes

I called with a complaint but never got a call back . Allstate has been my insurance company for over 10 years but i feel I get no discounts for anything and will be shopping around if I get no discounts.

I felt being rushed since it was close to time to go home.

Frank is always there when you need answers and for assistance in obtaining policies that work best for you.

haven't had any claims in years. Allstate is way ahead as far as i'm concerned. Frank keeps me updated all the time. I appreciate that. Yes I would recommend Allstate.

easy billing no problems

I have been with this agency for many years even before Frank Menes took over but I have never had the quality treatment as I do now with Roland. He is always available to me, he calls if the is anything that needs to be addressed. Roland goes above and beyond, never gets upset when I can be annoying and demanding of him because I refuse to deal with anyone else.

Great experience Mr. Frank Mendez poughkeepsie office is very reliable and has helped me and my wife save alot of money with our car insurance which I am so greatful for since I am close to retiring and savings are a big part in my planning right now. I received a great deal of support from Roland while starting my auto policies with Frank Menes Allstate office. Not only did he discuss coverage options, but assisted in technical issues I had with my online account. He was always friendly and approachable through all forms of contact.

Mr Menes took over from Mr Nicolis so I was quite anxious about dealing with someone else. Mr Menes has been very responsive, understanding and reasurring in the few months since.

Allstate was there when we needed them.
