I attempted to delete my previous review, but couldn't figure out how to do so. Unfortunately, Gary and I just had a miscommunication. He called me and we were able to rectify this. We had a pleasant conversation and he made several suggestions to update my policy. After speaking with him and meeting him, I am very impressed and am happy to continue with him as my agent. Thank you Gary.

I received an email asking me to call and make an appointment. I did. The appointment was for Monday at 1pm. I specifically asked if I should call or Gary would call me. I was told that he would call me at 1 on Monday. Well, it is now Thursday and I still haven’t gotten that call. So my feeling about my experience with this firm is very negative.

Gary Cox and the people at the his Allstate Insurance Agency go out of their way to help in any way needed. Their helpful reminders and assistance makes it easy to navigate through all of my insurance needs.

Not happy at all with this company! My rates were raised for no reason or no reason that makes sense! I'm harassed almost daily with emails asking for something. It's way too much. I pay my insurance, I don't need to be bothered or contacted for any reason!

Honestly Allstate gives me the biggest head ache! It took months for you to get my email address correct. You continue to raise my bill. And when I make a payment over the phone and request a receipt via email I never get one.

Have never had any problems with any request. The one time I had a incident they was quick to respond and service was quickly taken care of. The service repair was awesome. I recommend Gary Cox as a agent to all !!

I think everyone exemplified excellent service in a very difficult time for my family and I. Furthermore I would recommend services to my family and friends, although I don't understand how the policy works and how the procedures come across I have work with other insurance companies that will not volunteer information to help their client, so again I believe the service that I received from Allstate was excellent thank you and have a wonderful day. Gary Cox was able to 'manage' all my policies, what a relief, I get to work with a real live person and if Gary's not available, Ed is! Recently my escrow account did not make my insurance payment and Ed beat them like a drum to keep me in the fold. Excellent customer service.

I recently switched my life insurance over to Allstate with Gary and couldn't be happier. Gary and his staff, Candace and Kati, are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made the experience of purchasing insurance as easy and enjoyable as possible. Kati showed me all the different options I had and was able to get me double the coverage for the same price I was paying at a different insurance company. I would whole heartily recommend you stop by and see this great team for any of your insurance needs!

Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting to the purchase. Rates are very competitive and the agent was thorough and knowledgeable. I have been with Allstate insurance previously but changed after what I considered misleading advertising that approach slick practices, with your advertising program of money back for customers without accidents. We shall see how this ends. Hopefully it will never end as your representatives couldn't have been more cordial.

Candace ang Gary have been wonderful in assisting us with our renters and auto insurance policies. They've explained everythingg to us in detail and addressed all of our concerns.
