I was disappointed, no one could explain why my annual rate increased, even though my last drive-wise report said I would be receiving a 13% reduction on one car and a 10% reduction on the other. I had hoped to speak to you but you were not in the office on both days that I tried.
I am a first time resident recently moved to FL from out of state. The FL insurance landscape was difficult and confusing for me as a newbie. I had "sticker shock" on some of the policies and the Blanchard team was very helpful in navigating through the policies and appropriate coverage for my situation. In particular Danny Ramirez was the point person in setting up the policies and payment structure I needed as well as executing coverage transfer from the agent in my prior state of residence. When Dan was not available Diane stepped up and spent a lot of time talking me through policy detail and the why of the cost drivers. I appreciate the deep bench at Blanchard and willingness to re-review at times. I was referred to the Blanchard Agency by my prior Allstate agency who was a top ten agency on the Allstate scoreboard in my previous home state. A recommend from them was meaningful and important in my selection decision for choosing an agency. I have not been disappointed with my decision.
First off, it's an insult to write to a person that's dead! 2nd, CANCEL this auto policy #981771056 as of 11/29/2017 and please return the monies not used until March 21, 2018, that's one half of $2001.05. By the way, the Volkswagen has Anti-Theft Protection all over the world. Your office person was asked for something many, many times and still didn't get it for me. Oh well, I didn't think you were working for me, not like Geico for him. Cooky Duboff
AS YOU KNOW WE ADDED A NEW MERCEDES GLC300 TO THE POLICY. THE DRIVEWISE DEVICE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AS RECOMMENDED AND IT HAS NEVER WORKED EVEN AFTER HAVING ALLLSTATE REINSTALL IT TWICE AND THE DEALER ONCE. A NEW DEVICE WAS MAILED , SAME THING. WHY SHOULD I NOT GET THE PREMIUM ADVANTAGE FOR SOMETHING ALLSTATE CANT SOLVE; PLEASE REPLY THANKS
How do you charge me an extra $15 per month just because I prefer getting an electronic monthly statement then you order back we taking the funds from my bank account I have to hear you I'm going to be cancelling this car policy and going with another company I will notify you when that happens
Gregg's entire agency is filled with people willing to help which is why I chose to deal with them for all of my insurance needs. Sometimes there are some other companies that many have less expensive pricing but you know how the old saying goes ? You get what you pay for. His office always is willing to guide me, offer specific solutions on what I need as a consumer and I trust my agent completely. I have Life, Auto and Home insurance with them and could not be more satisfied with the level of professionalism. Thank you, Gregg I will never leave your agency.
Don't trust him - Used him for my homeowners insurance and asked him to give me a quote for auto insurance as well. The price was "too good to be true". Found out it was because he had removed uninsured motorist coverage even after we had talked about how important that was in South Florida. After adding that back in, the quote was not much lower than my existing coverage so I opted to not go with Auto Insurance through him. Next thing I know over $900 had been deducted from my account for auto insurance that I DID NOT PURCHASE. I immediately called and emailed Gregg's office and did not receive a refund for 13 DAYS!!! I hope they enjoyed my $900 for 13 days. I really should have sued him for taking that much money without ANY authorization. I didn't sign anything. Also there was no apology, only a blank "sorry for the inconvenience". I'm sorry, but $900 missing for 13 days without consent is not an inconvenience. It's THEFT. Go find an agent that actually has you in good hands and doesn't want to just make a buck off you but wants what's best for you. Learn from my mistake.
Friendly staff, good experience. One problem, our lender sent us a letter, dated 9/14, saying they had not received a copy of our new car insurance policy yet. I sent a text today 9/24, to Evan Eisenberg letting him know. We thought it was already done. Our other policy was cancelled on 8/25.
