My Agent did well at saving my business . The claims adjuster did not do his job and refused to help with rental . James Leiber did do his job by getting me a reservation number for the rental after no one else even told us we needed one. Over all it was unpleasant dealing with Allstate (as usual) but because my agent took care of us I will continue as a customer. .
