Our FEMA flood insurance is unfortunately with AllState. The appraiser sent to our house after we could get in after 12 days under water gave us a sum of less than half the amount we should have received. Others on our street received the full 250,000. We have been fighting Allstate ever since as have all our neighbors who have Allstate. Your company has Iago as ceo and Appraisers like Uriah Heep and Scrooge. I shall never renew our policy with and never use or recommend Allstate. Bill Crook
Jill Belvin's team and the entire Allstate team have been outstanding throughout this ordeal (flooded from Hurricane Harvey). I was amazed at the detail level of the claim agent's report and the speedy response from Jill's team and Allstate with both the flood insurance and the car insurance. The entire team was always courteous, responsive, and professional. I think my confidence in the Belvin team is demonstrated by my referring a friend to her office for insurance. Thank you for your efforts.
I have never had any complaints about Jill or her agency. I've always gotten good service from her and her employees. However, I was disappointed about the overall handling by Allstate regarding my claim of 10/06/17. There was a very long delay in getting a decision made on my car between Allstate and Service King, Allstate's preferred repair service. I used them because I thought it would be a faster, better experience for Allstate. I ended up having to pay several days of a rental because no decision had been made. Allstate told me that the delay was due to Service King, and Service king told me that the delay was due to Allstate. Neither one would pick up the additional days of my rental.
