I was not at all pleased with your agency. I was continually having to double check your work. I certainly did not appreciate the fact that your agency made unauthorized changes to my policy that I was transferring in from Louisiana. I was given one quote and once I received the documents to e-sign, the price increased and my coverage decreased. When I called your agency to inquire about the changes, I was informed that the agent did not check my current coverage before writing the new policy. A new policy wasn't needed. My current policy needed to be transferred. After speaking with a different Allstate agency, I was able to significantly increase my coverage at a lower cost because the new agent took the time to correct your agency's mistakes. It makes a huge difference when a policy is transferred vs. writing a new policy. It seems to me that you and your agency need more training so that you can provide your clients with the best coverage at the best price. Not doing so will cause you to lose clients. I know I will be transferring all of my policies to the new agent.

The rates just keep going up. In two years the rate has gone up $40 a month. Being on a fixed income from **********. We can't even afford homeowners insurance. If checked by drivewise you can see we drive safe and hardly put on any miles. I've had my car three years and haven't put 3000 miles on it. My pickup hasn't had 1000 mile put on it in the same time frame.

Sherree Bradley was extremely helpful and patient with me through this update. I'm adding my last teenager to our policy and she walked me through each step and found every possible discount.. This effort on her part gives me confidence in my agent and coverage. I've been with Allstate for 35 yrs and I'm technology challenged on agood day. But Sherree help easy my worries and helped me through it.

I had been interested in getting life insurance for awhile before I met Joey Lee. He gave me the information that I needed and more. He was very personable and really helped me select the right plan for myself and my family. He put me in touch with all of the right people and I now have a life insurance policy and 1 less worry for the future welfare of my family. As a parent, you don't want to think about not being around forever, but Joey's knowledge of his job made that thought just a bit more tolerable. Thanks Joey. Truly.
