I had a little hard time finding Allstate. It was too conjested on Poplar. But I found it. When my sister and I was there we were treated with kindness and respect. I enjoyed my visit with Allstate. They were very helpful.

I am very disappointed at the service that I received. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As soon as I am able to fix my own roof I will be leaving this company to never return again. I do not feel that is fair to have been with this company for 25+ years and to be treated in this manner

This insurance is now to high, I was told that insurance would be about the same because 1 car was taken off, then I got a letter telling me that $1000. 00 would be coming out of my account

Jeff Roman is the best! He did an excellent job covering my home, auto & especially my family.

So far so good , my family has just got on board with the agency and the rates were great so hopefully this is the start to a long lasting relationship .

Crystal was a breath of fresh air. Patient, accommodating and thorough.

Mr. Roman is very supportive and helpful. I was panic because I failed to contact my agent at her office, due to the bad weather, in February 2015. I bought a new car a day before icy storms hit mid-south. I needed a new coverage so that I could drive it to work. Mr. Roman helped contact my agent at her cellphone #. Problem was solved.

I would love to know who the hell Joshua Roman is. My insurance agent is named Shelia. I don't know what the hell yall have done by switching my agents but somebody better call me and tell me what is going on.

The experience was great and painless. Mrs. Roman was very professional;she answered all my questions, pointed out how the process would work and she made this happen in a timely miner. Outstanding job and very well done.
