I've been with Allstate since I first started driving on my parent's policy. Then, I continued with my own Allstate policy. I have no complaints about their handling of any claims I've had in the past. This is probably why I've stayed with them as long as I have. However, if I shopped around I could get a lower price elsewhere.

Josh Roman was extremely helpful to me and my family. For someone like me who doesn't have a clue about insurance Josh was patient and completely explained to me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Josh Roman would be the one you need to contact for your Auto Insurance needs! Thanks Josh for GREAT customer service, Memphis needs more people like you around that gives GREAT customer service!

Water in den due to heavy rain Jeff recommended Landmark cons who brought fans. He. Couldn't recommend a drainage co Landmark found me one very expensive now I have to repair floor not to happy

I do not want to give high rating. I have not been satisfied with this agency. I transferred my policy from another city. I had an agent contact me to finalize my transfer. She communicated with me as if we were having a mobile texting conversation. She did not walk me through the process, instead more or less told me "let me know when you are ready to give me your card information". That is not customer service. Furthermore, after completing that process, I have not ever heard from her again. Thank you

I like that Mr. Roman called and gave me his personal cell number and told me that i could call him personally, if i have any questions or concerns. I wish, he could offer me a better price,for auto insurance, so i could insure my car, with his agency also.

I am very pleased with the service I have received with the staff of Josh Roman's office. Very pleasant & attentive to my insurance needs.

In the past I have had problems getting someone to answer the phone, and when I left a message nobody called me back. This gives the impression that the people there are not very concerned with the needs of Allstate customers.

couldn't get anyone to call me back when I purchased my new house so I placed my coverage elsewhere. Next my car insurance came up for renewal but I couldn't get a copy of my policy declarations so I have placed that coverage with my homeowners agent. You really need to work on your customer service department.

It's was OK. There was some miscommunication communication and it wasnt clear that the quotes would change depending on the different pay methods. Also I am being hit with two or three emails a day. It is a little excessive. I was put off by the fact that even though I'm the one setting up the policies my husband is listed first and all correspondences are addressed to him. He is disabled and I make all decisions. We are not in the 1950's where everything has to be in the husband's name.
