I have been an Allstate customer in many states for years. I have been a customer with this agency for over 4 now. I only have one vehicle and basic coverage, but my rates are high (double what others my age/driving record are paying in my social network). I am a safe driver with no traffic infractions or accidents in over a decade. I contacted the office about lowering my rates and was told the only way I can get lower rates is if I allow Allstate to track my movements with GPS. I was not comfortable with this and after raising concern and elaborating the concerns via email with Justin Sorensen himself, I was ignored. I will be moving within the next year, we will see what the new Allstate office has to offer, perhaps I will be finding a new company to give my money to.

We have been satisfied. Only concern is that I don’t drive my Jeep enough to get the drive wise discount. Seems like when it sits in the garage for 2-3 weeks at a time there would be less risk of having an accident.

Your auto rates are ridiculously high, even with Drivewise, which is a joke. We vacationed out West, where the speed limit is 80. However, I was penalized for this. Also, I am now with a competitor and paying $100 less/month, with double the coverage. And, no gimmicks! Rate is locked for 2 years. I don't understand how my insurance was so high with All state! We were insuring 4 autos and our home, with 0 claims or tickets. I mentioned this fact, numerous times, only to be told that I could raise my deductible, which would have made little difference. Very dissatisfied!!

Justin is an absolute professional with a very friendly staff. I came in to talk to him about my rates, which ended up being extremely high for various reasons, which included an accident on my record. He took the time out of his day to help me fill out online quotes for other insurance agencies, knowing that he would most likely lose my business by doing so, just to help me find the best deal that I possibly could. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to Justin for your insurance needs, he's a great guy that cares more about his customers than his sales. I will definitely be going back to Justin if my rates ever go down through All State, even if I live across the country. By far the most confident 5 star review I have ever given to any business!
