My 13+ year history with your agent, Kelly Goodman, cannot be reduced to a score card (see above). Could any relationship? Allstate's attempt to distill down a relationship to metrics is offensive; while on trend with others, Facebook, twitter, thumbs up or down, you are caving into a dumbing down of your industry. The fact that I cannot give my actual "feedback" without complying with the above proscribed format proves my point. Are you listening? Marylou Parthum, Milwaukee, WI 4/5/2018
I generally do not recommend companies, products, services, sites to others very much. It's just not my thing. I have mentioned my agent, Kelly Goodman, to others, though, because he is a good agent and a good guy. I am pleased with my Allstate insurance, but I think the website and policy and payment sections is quite clunky and needs streamlining and updating. It is just not the best layout.
Good overall after a rough start due to an unexpected increase in our auto premiums shortly after we signed up with Allstate. No issues since that time. We have not yet had a reason to file a claim and hope it stays that way. The interactions I've had with Kelly Goodman have been positive.
You and your agency are always helpful and upfront with us on the best ideas to make our insurances fit our auto and home needs; so that we are well protected. The time your associate put in with us to review our financial situation in preparation for retirement was most appreciated. We have to finish that project.
The comments here are not reflective of the Kelly Goodman Agency, but a report on the claims process. These comments are to give you an brief update pertaining to the homeowner's claim 0448256438 that was filed on March 7. After trying and waiting for 12 days, we were finally assigned to a field adjuster this past Saturday March 12 and he has been scheduled for 9-11am on Saturday March 25. We were told that was the soonest possible due to a lot of weather related claimed and a change in field adjuster assignments. This will make it 19 days from when the claim was reported to the time we finally will get a field adjuster to be there. We've used Allstate for many years for all of our vehicles and our homes, and I was quite surprised by the long delays and time frame. We can only hope that when we see the field adjuster on Sat. 3/25 that we will not need to wait any further to get this finalized. That's the feedback you requested. Thanks for listening.
