I have not had occasion to file a claim, but I am satisfied with my experience with Saylor Allstate. I have been with Saylor Allstate for a number of years so last year I shopped around for insurance premium rates for other insurance companies and did not find one with rates lower than what I'm paying with Saylor Allstate so I was very pleased with that finding.
I would recommend particular people within the agency. I really like working with Amy Pearson. However, I think the insurance is pretty high priced and I'm not happy with the Allstate people that have my account in Nashville. They denied my claim on a technicality and I am now stuck paying for the repairs, the temporary housing and all the clean up from a ceiling that collapsed unexpectedly.
You see on the commercials about the cash back. And I never see any reductions for a good d Irving record nor the house insurance. Allstate was recommended by my mom. She has been a customer with Allstate for 40 yrs and she just made her 1st. Liam for her house insurance. They to,d her they will take away her 15% reduction for one claim that is about $2000. Being a senior and having both car and house insurance for so long I was surprised and disappointed I am starting to look closer at other companies after that.
Lisa- I hope that your staff has already pointed this out and that it has been or will soon be corrected. This has nothing to do with your service, but rather with your marketing. Please read the email that has been sent to us as well as, I assume, your other clients. Let me know what you read and I am sure you will be as embarrassed as I am for you. (Please don’t take this the wrong way- I am only trying to help you succeed and after 40 years in Sales and Marketing, I am particularly sensitive to issues like the one in your email. Your service is good, but I think so you will need to approach more to your clients, offering new products, like the ones Allstate promote on TV about save money, when you do not have accidents, in the time I had been a customer of your office, I have never been offered this kind of service. Have been with your agency a LONG time, since our prev. agent retired in the late 80s? Have generally been pleased with the service we've received / our interactions over the years. Was not pleased when Allstate snuck an inspector to our house in 2015, as we were finishing up big backyard project, and they wanted to cancel our homeowners insurance - that isn't right, especially for how long we've paid them to insure us W/O ever filing a claim. Your agency intervened to keep us from being dropped.
Every time I call your office and ask for Amy Pearson, I am confident that I will get the correct response to my query. Amy is just superbly good in what she does. She is respectful and yet direct to the point ... NO B/S. I like the way she conduct business with me and I will very highly recommend your agency to my friends and relatives. Thank you so much Amy.
I am pleased with the overall service. I receive my bill and my payment verification notice in a timely manner and if I have questions, they are answered immediately. The people I directly deal with are courteous and conduct themselves in a professional manner while maintaining a human touch.
Over 44 years with the same agency. First with Jerry Saylor and then his daughter Lisa. We were always treated special and had the best rates available. It was a real pleasure working with both of them. We recently moved to Idaho so we had to part our ways. If it was not for the move we would still be a customer. GOD bless Lisa and your family. Your office has been very helpful. ..as has Allstate in Texas when dealing with Colleen's Toyota Rav 4 that was broadsided and totaled. Thank you... I will be contacting you soon regarding our house insurance as our mortgage lender states they paid Allstate about $3000. to cover home expenses for 12 months. I don't know what this could possibly be for...and I believe it is an error on their part...of course we get to pay for it... Melanie
