We were annoyed with the delay in the house inspection after we had fixed what what was needed to have insurance. Allstate had to get an extension on our term date to give the 3rd party more time for the inspection. During that time Allso sent us a refund check before the extension term date to then reinstate us. The whole process was stressful being first time new homeowners. Allstate stated the delay was due to the 3rd party for completing the inspection after we had fixed the issues. The whole process took just over 3 weeks.

Such a friendly staff, very comprehensive customer service. Best prices, to boot! My old insurance agent was very passive; that is part of the reason they lost us to your agency! You make us feel valuable.

Car insurance is just always expensive. It is my highest monthly payment, aside from my rent. I get a lot of paper mail from Allstate, but very little incentive to stay with this company.
