I was very worried about the damage that I discovered and the claim process. The call to Allstate was very professional and very prompt. When the adjuster Jeff Smith came out, he spent quite a bit of time measuring and inspecting and was a very nice person to speak to. Once he knew an answer of my claim, he promptly called me to give me updates. I am extremely pleased with the way I was taken care of by Allstate. Thank you Ed Riha

You guys are good but you keep raising the price the the people that have been with you for a long time. Your cheaper for people that just come to you. I think that’s right I think you should be cheaper for your customers that have been with you loyal customers.

I was told that a car would be taken off my insurance. 1.5 years later, and I was still paying for a car I didn't have/own any longer. After providing the documents proving I was over paying, AllState's underwriters approved the refund. There was an initial delay with meeting with Mike Young, but everything was worked out in the end.

They are very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Great people, and I've received great service.

It's been great. They are very friendly, personable, and responsive. I have no complaints with the service I've received so far. My only constructive criticism is that I get so much communication (newsletters, advertising, contests, insurance tips, coverage review requests, etc. via email, mail, and occasional calls) that it's difficult to sort through it all and to figure out what is actually important to save. I once deleted my policy information because I thought it was more advertising. I've unsubscribed from all extraneous mailing lists, but I still get more email than I'd prefer. This office is so very nice, but as a working professional who already gets over 100 emails per day already, it becomes more e-clutter when there is over communication.

Setting up insurance as a new car owner and then a new homeowner was a large task, but everyone at the Mike Young agency was extremely helpful. I felt informed throughout the whole process, and Ben made sure I was up to date with the latest changes and received the maximum savings in the end. I felt like everyone in the agency was really there for me, and my questions were always answered quickly. I made informed decisions about my insurance plans, because the Mike Young agency actually took the time to explain how everything worked! It is a pleasure to do business with them, and I would definitely recommend their agency!

My parents had Allstate insurance so I grew up hearing them talk about how happy they were with their insurance.Now that I have a home and car to insure I understand their feelings. Mike Young and his office have always been available and helpful with any questions I have had and honestly to my surprise my premiums are very reasonable.Without any hesitation I would recommend Mike and Allstate to anyone.
