I enjoy working with my agent; he is very engaged and approachable however, the coverage is expensive

It is great ty for always being there

I would recommend this agency to anyone & everyone I know whether they're looking for insurance or not. Monte is a great agent & very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance & financial needs. He doesn't pressure you into buying insurance, he doesn't sell you more than you need, & he treats you like family. I have come to learn that with insurance, you want an agent like this & I definitely found that in Monte. I have referred my family to him & they have all switched over. Even if you are not looking, I recommend looking into his agency to switch!

Monte Umbeda and staff are always friendly and professional. They always greet you and always willing ti help amd fix any problems I have had with my insurance. Great agent and persons here.

Allstate has been great! Great rates for good drivers and very responsive on rate quotes and claims. The “******** forgiveness” ad is a bit deceptive though because you don’t get it until you’ve been with them for 5 years.

Everything about Monte's office is top notch, they email quickly and I never have to come to the office. They take care of everything for me!

I absolutely love this team. They answer all my questions. I can call 30 times a day for the most ********** questions and they always answer, and they answer to where I understand. I have nothing but good things to say about this team!

I feel the girls in the office do not have the ability to answer questions adequately always having to go check and call you back. I feel you are overpriced and try and ********** and bully the customer into accepting the premium they give you as well as making false promises. Wish I would have went with a different company in the beginning

Monte and his staff are awesome!!! Not only will they go above and beyond every concern and need, but do so in a timely manner. (Which I don't know about you, but I have other agents take days for a response) They make sure you have what you need, but don't push other coverages that wouldn't benefit the situation on you. I did not feel like a number but was treated like a member of the family. The insurance coverage is great and when other rates skyrocket they do not.

I had an amazing experience getting my policy started with Allstate! I was in a bind on a Saturday morning needing to go get tags for my car, and I had to have my insurance to do so. Many Allstate offices showed that they were open online, but the only office where somebody answered a phone was Montes. So I got down there and the agent got me a policy so quickly and worked hard to make it affordable for me. I am so pleased with their customer service!I will definitely be sticking with Allstate!!

I wouldn't trust this particular location for insurance. One of the female agents hit my husbands car while parked in the business parking lot and refused to give him any of her information. While he was attempting to take pictures of her license plate and damage on his car, she began yelling at him and calling him profanities. My husband had to call the police because she was acting very irate and not cooperating. Some insurance agent!

I asked for several things and lots of info and the girl got back to me quickly and supplied all the info I asked for. I was able to make the changes to my coverage easily and quickly and made some changes I didn't expect, to save me money!
