Nick's team is incredible. Everyone returns calls, or emails promptly. Super courteous, and they do their job. In less than a blink of an eye, my insurance was changed to our new car, incredible rate established, and I was able to provide proof of insurance before my husband made it to the dealership. I spoke to Bailey on the 27th of December, and I still haven't received an email confirming that what I asked of her has been done. I made it clear to her that it would cost our family $195.00.I let her know I had a deadline to meet. She also hung up on me while we were in a conference call with Capital Credit Union. I'm extremely unsatisfied with her customer care service. Thumbs down..
Very wonderful and easy experience. I was very impressed with the fast follow up and attention I received from Mike. Having worked in insurance for 8 years and working for Allstate for two, I can say I was impressed. Great work and I will definitely be calling Michael for auto and for a home policy as soon as I need it in Texas.
From the beginning of my claim, Allstate was expedient with claims adjustment and payment. My roof was repaired and I am more than satisfied with the whole experience. The claims adjusters were professional, courteous and thorough. Most of all they were Honest. My agent who is all ways looking out for me was more than helpful and maintained constant contact with me through the process. Thank You Allstate.
Your personal service was outstanding. I couldn't have been happier. However,my premium went up and I had to lower coverage to keep my payment in line. Unfortunately I have canceled my policy with Allstate effective today. Thanks for your past service. Nothing personal.I am saving $40 per month with my new carrier. And that is the only reason.
