I am happy to enroll with Allstate, the only think I don't like it you ogger more opportunities and discounts with pacer less, and you need ro think about us Seniors, we are not update with technology and peobably is better for us looking forward to join AAARP which do not require to use the computer and they protect our budget and provide us better discounts I know you do not care about my personal opinion, but something is good we the Baby Boomers are the mayority, and they will find u some better plan to offer us for our neees, and made a hood bussiness offering us a better deal

Joseph Pope is very friendly and prompt with responses. He explained all my coverages thoroughly, so I knew exactly what I was getting. He also set me up with life insurance which was much cheaper with very high limits! He is easy to work with and helped make buying my insurance into a much better experience. I always recommend his services to everyone I know. I love Allstate because of how helpful Joe is with anything I have ever needed.

My agent Joe was great! He knows insurance very well and helped me with every step of the process. He also helped me with Life Insurance for me and my family with great pricing on everything! It was easy and he took care of everything for me. They saved me money and got me better insurance than I had before! Great company!

This agency is always prompt and courteous when I call in with changes to my policy! My last agency never even answered the phone when I tried to get a hold of them.

Felt good about experience. One of the best websites and very user friendly. Only complaint is every renewal, payment steadily increasing. Driving for 28 years and have never had an accident yet rates stll manage to increase. This is the reason we left Allstate years ago. Will stay for now but if increase doesn't slow down (especially with no accidents or claims) will be forced to go elsewhere for a deal.

My experience since you took over has been awful! You and your team (Ashley) repeatedly added A "Chad Brennon" to my policy and my account was charged ... Ashley never resolved my account after numerous phone calls and emails! She also advise me to go to another agent and set up another policy which was the only good thing she did, I am now with State Farm due to all the struggle. I am asking to review my account as I'm sure you owe me a credit!

I was actually contemplating leaving Allstate to go with Geico or Progressive. Business that had been discussed from March had not been tended to. Ashley Curnutt has been extremely helpful and professional so I opted to renew with Allstate.

After my initial contact with Jeff Johnson, I have only spoken to the woman who answers the phone. She is the one who has answered my questions and helped me. When I have asked to speak to Jeff, she fields the call and helps me. I would like to talk to Jeff, but he has not been available.
