I have carried insurance with you for 40 years, with only one claim for a cracked windshield, and I have never gotten a personal call (letters and e-mails only).and my life situation has changed numerous times which could require a change in my coverage. I am now a widow, have two vehicles and house to insure and will be contacting and getting quotes from other companies, as I am noticing I may be paying far more for my insurance with you than I would with other companies. Also, I don't feel any company who will insure anyone, regardless of their politics, should publicly participate in politics as Allstate has chosen to do. One more reason for me to compare other quotes.

I've been an Allstate customer for 18yrs. Kelly called to tell me she can save me $50 a month and give me more coverage. Who wouldn't love that? She has signed me up with getting text messages and i get a discount for driving good now. Kelly has always been very helpful and ask about my daughter and new grand daughter when I come in. I've seen Kelly at my work in Macy's and she is also very happy to see me there as well. I'm very pleased with the service. Very nice establishment!
Under Allstate, my homeowners insurance cost jumped $120. 88 last June. My auto insurance increased $15.51 in December. Neither increase was due to anything that I did wrong. My driving record is without blemish. I have not made improvements to my house. What gives? American Heritage Credit Union offers auto and homeowner insurance. I plan to check rates with them by next June when my auto insurance is up for renewal.
Kelly, the office manager was very helpful with explaining my policy. She knows a lot about insurance. She wrote my homeowners and saved me money. She was patient with me when i asked questions and I had a good time talking with her. I trust her which is hard to find. She explained all my discounts and showed me how to sign up online to see my policy. I am very pleased. Kelly is very good.
Generally my experience with your company has been very good. However, during this policy period I was taken aback when on 2 occasions I spoken with your agent to make certain changes to my policy, and they did not make the discussed changes and it cause me to pay about $30.00 in late fees. I was also offended when on one of those occasions, Silvia in an attempt to avoid his mistake said to me on the phone that I was shouting at her. She also told me that she was going to call All-State and get back to me, which she never did. I took her action as a mean to get me off the phone. I do not shout at my 14 year old son, and I could never shout at a lady that is old enough to be my elder sister. My parents raise me right. Beyond those incidents, I believe you run a well oiled organization. It is my pleasure being a customer of yours.
I called to get a quote for my wife's car and was double the price she is paying now so that makes me worry that I might be over paying. Although the person I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable my policy has changed dramatically in half an hour. I had to drop full coverage just to save money because my son was not on the policy as a driver which made it go up $200+ dollars. I will be getting comparison quotes in the near future. Thank you.
The experience was painless. I can't understand why I have to pay 500 deductible because an ***** with headphones on looking down at his phone driving runs into the back of my car when I am stopped., he gets a ticket, I get inconvenienced and money out of my pocket, for his bad driving. I was told I could have contacted his insurance company and wouldn't had to pay deductible deductible, so much for information from my insurance company ,I'm not too happy about paying for other people's mistakes, I work hard for my money
when I switched my insurance from one car to another you gave me a temporary card...instead of a regular car which you gave me in the end with one day to spare on getting my inspection...not what I would call good customer service....I did not request your firm to service my account I was assigned to you...I resent that...why not give me the choice of who would service my account....
I think that Allstate is not loyal to their loyal customers. I just replaced my vehicle for a more updated and safer vehicle and my insurance went up significantly. I have been with Allstate since 1972 and have had a safe driving record with no claims, yet at this time I'm unable to get a lower insurance. I have multiple insurance with Allstate and the only reason I remain is because I live in NJ and scared to be penalized.
