I changed do to the difference in coverage and the difference in the way Allstate makes changes and I don't have to find time to keep running to a office for the things I have changes. Scott is very good at taking care of his customers. He makes my insurance needs very easy. I am so glad we changed and have Scott on as our insurance guy. Thank you Scott

I thank not only Scott but all of them for their help as I've made the transition from absentee homeowner to actually living in my home. If you have to ask how you did then you know you aren't doing enough so let Allstate know that they need to set their corporate standards and follow them with diligence and not use a point scale survey. Scott Lindow did great Allstate is degrading themselves by this multiple choice questionaire which is not a survey. If you ask me these annoyances are bull s**t and probably tied to Wallstreet which is screwing America up catering to corporate greed which is ruining the world. So just do your job and quit wasting money on surveys that do nothing but raise already overpriced premiums.
