Allstate Insurance Agent: Scott Sandberg

This agency has been nothing but great in all of my dealings with them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that I know. In my opinion, insurance is insurance so it falls back to customer service which has been excellent at this agency.

It has generally been good. However, I usually have to call to get my new ID card for auto insurance each time. It seems it should be sent to me without calling every six months as long as I pay my bill.

I had been very satisfied with Allstate until this past month when my renewal was due my next bill increased $15.00 just because I was late on one payment back in September was not told this would happen so now my bill has increased $30.00 in one year. I have enjoyed being with Allstate until recently hate to leave but I guess my family and I will be shopping for new insurance soon.
