Allstate Insurance Agent: Scott Scales

I spoke to Scott, Sarah, and Heather today. They all were very helpful.

Sarah and her team were awesome to work with. Happy with their service and how friendly they were!

I'll soon be changing my home owners insurance also. Since you tell me one thing over the phone and another in a letter in the mail and don't return my phone calls after being with you for over a decade. DON'T bother contacting me on this either. You were not to concerned before.

Excellent service ,just wish the bill wasnt so high and that they take it out on the exact date that its due and not three days after makesit hard when other bills are due

USE THIS AGENT!! Scott is the most genuine, knowledgeable, client-oriented agent I have ever had. He not only treats you like a client but like a friend. He set up great policies, worked to meet our needs and found ways to make it as affordable as possible. A move to another state meant that we had to cancel our policies with him but I guarantee you that, if we were to move back to the area, re-establishing our policies with him would be one of the first phone calls I would make!

For the past six months (at least) I have been repeatedly spammed via email by this insurance salesman. I have called and left messages asking him to stop emailing me. I have written him via email...

This guy took care of all our need's then he even ask about or 401k. This is the best all around service we ever got, and we did not know an Allstate agent could do it. We have never been treated so good. When we walked out of Scott's office we understood what all of our coverage's took care of.
