We’ve been with Allstate for over 30 years so the decision to change carriers was difficult. It’s been a pleasure in every aspect, we are simply at the stage in life that it was time to make some changes in most area of our lives, including insurance. Karen McGinnis is wonderful, she was always most helpful and I knew I’d be well taken care of when I needed something. I will definitely recommend Allstate to others.
I've been with Allstate for many years. Representatives for Allstate want to total my car. That's crap, it makes your car a parts car. Allstate's total loss department in San Antonio is filled with incompetent employees. Thought I'd be "in good hands." Epic fail! Allstate San Antonio has no use for customers once it is "assumed" a vehicle is totaled. A squeaky wheel eventually will be oiled. Unfortunately, It required a vast amount of patience and time.
Karen was very diligent and helpful in answering questions, providing a reasonable combo home/auto quote and efficient in getting us transferred back to Allstate with Sean. She established our accounts in a very timely manner considering she knew the timetable provided to get new insurance was short. We are quite satisfied with our experience.

Your agency is fantastic. What I am disappointed in is the Allstate company itself. I was in an accident last December and the lack of communication, guidance, assistance was horrible. Not everyone is aware of what to do or how to do once been in an accident. Although I wasn't at fault and the other driver was and also had Allstate, I was left very confused. There are items that needs to be discussed and made aware of that wasn't. For example, certified repair shops. I wasn't told and my car is not fixed right. A 60,000 car, less than a year old and all the money I pay every month, still not fixed probably and I am very disappointed.
