My vehicle immediately was estimated through a very easy to use app. I was able to take my car to the shop and receive a rental car. I have had Allstate for years and I'm a life time customer.
My experience with Mike was great,he was very helpful, but the last few times I have called I asked for a call back from you Suzanne or Jessica well needless to say I never recieved a call back,it is very disappointing,I know Im not your only customer,but I never expected that treatment.
Insurance is a service that you hope you never need, but I unfortunately did after an accident to my vehicle. Suzanne Saramak was sure to build my confidence that she'd handle every issue we encountered with my claim despite problematic and missing paperwork that was attributed to my dealership and Allstate's corporate offices.
I frequently get phone calls with offers to lower my premiums. After telling the agent my needs he tells me he'll work up my proposal. NEVER ever do I get a call back with these offers. NEVER! Suzanne needs better agents, ones that follow up and follow through! Doubt I'll even hear back on this "feedback"

What won us over to Allstate was your Sales Agent Jessica Guardado; from the start, she answered our questions promptly by preparing a concise report. She was congenial and openly offered her assistance to us which was a service we had never experienced before. We’ve never received this type of attentiveness from any other insurance company. We instantly took a liking to Allstate even though State Farm offered us a better deal. It was Jessica Guardado’s good nature that we decided to follow through and sign with Allstate. On the day of our contract signing, I had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne Saramak the Agency’s owner. She came in on a Saturday to meet my husband and me. I explained that I’m looking for a long term relationship, that I'm not one who shops annually for a better deal. I'm certain that I've found the right agency, a group of people that I can develop nice strong family ties with.
