Allstate Insurance Agent: Tim Dieter

Okay, those of you that know me also know that I never do this. But in this instance, I have to give Ashley Dieter at Allstate a shout out. She is the best. My son's car was hit while parked in front of our home, and while the driver that hit the car was great, his insurance company (Liberty) was the most frustrating company I have ever worked with. I finally went to Ashley and asked her for advice. She jumped right on it and within a day, had it sorted for us. For those of you that do your insurance online, you might want to consider working with someone local, it makes such a difference to have someone in your corner. Thanks Ashley!

I have been with this company for over 5 years. Everytime i call they are helpful and polite. Sometime when you call you even get ahold of tim dieter himself. Hes not a boss in a suit and tie that makes everyone do his work, he is a hard working man himself. How many times do you call a company and get to talk to the owner themselves? Never. So its awesome that tim gets behind and desk and isnt afraid to answer phones and help normal joes like me. I have recommended a ton of people to him including all of my family and i will continue to do so. I feel confident that tim and his staff will be there for years to come to take care of me and my family in the good times and even if something devastating were to happen i know i could count on them. Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service and support. And thanks for saving me all this money.

Get fifteen emails a week, but not about what you need to do so your cost doesn't go up. Terrible!

Tim and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help when my daughter moved to Indiana and their staff assisted us with that process. The agent in Indiana was new to insurance and we were all confused. Not easy to work with. No clear answers. Office staff not understanding issues. Agent does not call when asked, has staff call.

Twice now Dieter & Associates has shown they are not interested in the wellbeing of my family. And because they have never called us to check in where we’re at in life, the lack of communication on their end and inexperience on our end has cost my family several thousand dollars because there were gaps in coverage. These gaps were oversights that any good agency would have recognized.

til we went from three cars to one and the cost jumped up to almost as much as we paid for the three. If they were doing it because of the last car being wrecked, because of the brakes going out on me on our hill and there wasn't anything I could do, that ******** wasn't because of bad driving, I was upset that the cost was up.

Have not had a claim so only experience i have had the past year was paying my invoice. I do think that my rates are high for having no claims, and the policy continues to increase each renewal. when i find time i will price others!

I have been a long-time Allstate customer. Within the last couple of years my car insurance has gone up over $240/year. I have a clean driving record and actually have never been in an accident with another vehicle over the past 47 years. I don't understand why my car insurance has increased so much so quickly. When calling the office regarding this I was encouraged to download an app to save a small amount for 6 months. Consequently I have begun getting quotes from other insurance companies. As I have heard, it doesn't pay to stay with the same insurance company long term.
