Fine. However, I do not like the late fee practice that has just been established. Especially, if the client has consistently paid on time. There should be a one time grace period if a unexpected situation [serious illness, *****, etc] occurs. This late fee should only be applied / waived at the agents discretion.
It was great; my wife blew out two tires on a Sunday afternoon and we needed a tow truck - not easy to find on a Sunday. The Roadside Assistance rep who handled my call - I believe her name was Dimple - was fantastic; to put my mind at ease, she kept me on the line while she found an available towing service near our location, and then texted me with the contact info. The truck arrived at exactly the time she said it would.
With the implementation of the new late fee, are you able to sign up for notifications that would give notice of your impending due date? Admittedly, I always forget to pay my renter's insurance until I receive a notice that I didn't pay it because I only pay it once a year. I do not want to set up a recurring payment because my needs may change year to year and this gives me a reminder to revisit it.
I was a very loayal customer for a very long time and never had any claims. The one time I file a claim because my neighbor drove her car into my house and caused a lot of damage, my homeowners insurance doubled in price for an accident that wasn't my fault. That was my reason for changing insurance. I was very disgusted!!! I had car insurance since I was 17 and homeowners since age 21 with Allstate.
To start it was good. We never got a call saying that the estimate was done and we could find it in our account. We never got a call or a text or an email to say that it was in our account. I just happen to look and there it was. We got the check 2 days after I happened to see it in our account. There were somethings on the estimate. My husband has since sent an email to our agent as well as the adjuster. We have not heard from our agent nor have we heard from the adjuster. I know the adjuster is busy with the hurricanes. I think more interaction with the agent would be helpful.
Not sure which experience you are referring to, but this is the LAST agency I would refer anyone to. Pushy, poor communication (I don't need a reminder on the first that money is coming out on the 23rd. That's absurd. Random, unsolicited calls about services which I either don't need or are not qualified for simply wastes our time.
Allstate has been my auto and rental insurance agency for many, many years now and Vinnie Arcana has been my Allstate agent throughout all of those years. Vinnie is an amazing agent and awesome person. Even as he has grown and taken on more rolls in his career, I find him to be the same excellent and caring insurance agent and person as always. Not one of his richest customers, nor one of the ones who have the largest insurance policies with him, I find that he continues to treat me with respect and a sense of importance. He is always there for me when I have an insurance related question or problem. He is never too busy to speak to me personally or to assist ne. He also goes beyond this by keeping intouch with me on a regular basis to go over my polices to see if they are meeting my needs or if changes may be needed. He also advises me when there is a new change available that might benefit me. Add to this the facts that he is a kind and caring person whose customers really matter to him, and you have an awesome insurance agent and human being. Great customer service is so important, yet often so hard to find today. Allstate should be proud of Vinnie. Thank you Allstate and Vinnie
This is a fantastic agency. I haven't had to call them too often since joining the team but on the rare occasions when I did I got the information that eased my mind about my situation. I am a first time home owner and there is always a learning curve about what you need coverage for and I did have a few worries but after a short phone call I very comfortable that I picked the right agency. They also cover my car and I've had some bad luck recently with an accident where someone hit me from behind with a stolen car. Of course the panic set in but Vinnie and the entire Allstate team was fantastic. My car is back and running fine. Thank you so much for everything!! Joanie
