Earlier this year during the winter months, I had frozen pipes burst in the first floor apartment of my home. I called the Althea Johnson Agency for help. I was given two things, advice to make a claim and the phone number to the Allstate Insurance Claims Adjustor's office. After a couple of days passed the Althea Johnson Agency called to follow-up making sure I had entered a claim and to assure me Allstate would make me whole again. A few weeks had passed and during this time I was able to get my claim check, find a contractor and get my place fixed. I thank the Althea Insurance Agency for their concern and for helping me get through a tough time by calling and checking on my progress.

I have been with Althea and her agency for close to 30 years and my experience as been nothing less than great. They are knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, and always friendly and polite. On occasion I've been offered low ball quotes from places like Geico and although, to date, Althea was able to match or get close, I wouldn't switch to save a few dollars and give up the extraordinary service they provide! If you want to eliminate stress regarding the maintenance of car, home, and umbrella related insurances this is the agency to work with. You really ARE in GOOD HANDS if you're with Althea's Agency !!!!!!

Not only does Geico offer the exact same coverage at 30% less, double what they promise in their ads, but their customer service and mobile app are infinitely superior. Anytime I've called this branch with the simplest of questions it was met with confusion and near hostility due to the employees lack of knowledge. Be careful canceling your policy with them because they have no idea how to issue refunds, or how to cancel their own policies. Canceled with them 2 weeks ago and still haven't received what i am owed. I have all 3 employees from this branch giving me a different story as to how and why i haven't seen the refund I am owed yet. Do yourself a favor and call Geico. Set up my policy in 15 minutes and saved hundreds, plus frustration.
