American Family Insurance - Jan Tate

I have been with American family for over 15 years and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated!!! Very slow and hard to get them to do anything i asked on 5 different occasions to change my mailing address it has never been done I still receive mail from a prior address. I get a quote from them 3 weeks before I'm closing on a house 4 days before closing on the house they tell me they're not going to be able to ensure me for this house and tell me to get insurance elsewhere! I will be canceling all of my insurance with American family after 15 years due to being treated so poorly by American family!!!
