Paul, Kylie and American Family are great they are there to meet your insurance needs!\nOur employee which happened to be my brother.. totaled the Toyota Tacoma truck which we had just bought just over a month ago (Ugh it was a great truck).. American Family was absolutely great to work with during this unfortunate event. They moved everything along faster then expected. Truck was in accident on Tuesday April 10th and we received check for claim on Wednesday April 18th, 1 week and a day later! Everyone we worked with from claim, to the Adjuster to whom I went and picked up the check from was so helpful.
