American Family Insurance - Ty Schraufnagel Agency

I’ve had my auto/home/life with Curtis with this agency for over two years. I have also referred family & friends and everyone has been extremely happy with their service and rates. I have been able to email requesting quotes and Curtis has responded. The one thing that I need to say that I was pleasantly surprised, since I’m an insurance agent (with another company) is that when I requested roadside assistance, I’ve gotten a call & email from Curtis confirming that I was serviced correctly. This is the kind of service I expected & RECEIVED from this company.

This office and the staff are amazing. I’ve had several issues with other companies and they were able to fix all issues and made it all super simple. 8pm on Sunday, I was buying a new car. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to leave the lot without insurance. Unlike most companies, I was able to talk to my agent and get it all done in a timely manner. She dropped everything for me and made it all possible. Their customer service is better than most companies. They are friendly, and look forward to helping you. I will continue to recommend them.
